Impossible to Implement a Cancellation on Business

I am absolutely appalled by your call centre. I have spent literally hours on the phone to Telkom Business 10217 trying to cancell an ADSL data package off a business account with absolutely no success. There is no option for cancellations, Internet sections always puts you through to the original call centre options so one goes round and round is circles. I can't even get a fax number to send a cancellation letter after speaking to over 10 consultants.

Absolutely revolting service and a waste of working time!
