Difficulty in receiving correspondence

I called the Nashua Mobile Head Office today asking for any sort of letter or invoice stating that my contract with them is up to date and I am not in arrears. Not a single consultant could assist with that simple thing! I mean are they just too lazy to go the extra mile? I pay every month without fail. But now when I need assistance I cannot get any! Its pathetic!
