Wrote a complaint last week 08 march 2013 about he has a contract with them witch includes itemized bill but from the time he got the contract he have not received any itb he queried and made numerous calls but no help they always tell they need to investigate and would get back to him even last week after the complaint they sent a mes to say that they would contact him in 52 hr what do we do now just carry on complaining thats what i read on hello Peter and get no joy from their problem. The best part is they have time to phone my husband so many times like yesterday 4 times today 3 times to upgrade his other two contracts with them that ends end of march.
