Avoid Cell C

Cell C might be cheaper but they lack the vital service you would get from someone else. I have had ENDLESS hassles with this contract since i took it out. First they messed up the contract and it was about two months before i had the correct contract and services, then the BIS service works one day and off the other day (a common complaint with Cell C it seems from others i have spoken too) then they messed up all my billing it took month and months of trying to have it fixed with no joy only to have it fixed the same day after complaining on Hello Peter (Why it should get to that to get help i have no idea), I get no data upgrade notifications no Invoices or bills nothing then suddenly the phone dies and gets a white screen apparently because i have not done software updates (which i never received) so they send it in then want to charge me R386.90 to fix it after all there bad service... that same thing happened to a company phone and Vodacom fixed it for free so please tell me why we have to put up with this?
