ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 20MINUTES

Hi
I apllied for a new contract with Cell c, so now I phone customer service to follow up on my order and to update my delivery address. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes, no agent available to attend to my query.
So dissapointed!!!
