We have been waiting for Telkom to resolve the current internet issues in Garsfontein area. After calling 4 times to log the complaint, do we only receive a reference number stating it is "in hand with a technician". What they fail to understand is that we run a business and cannot provide that explanation to our client who pay us for a service. In this interim, we are expected to pay for our own data, that we are not reimbursed for. But failure to pay, results in immediate cut off and a re-connection fee. We have no ETA as to when the problem will be fixed and in the meantime are expected to be understanding. We have been understanding for nearly 2 months as they will fix the problem for 2 weeks only to have it re - occur. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. Either fix the problem, send a Representative to tell our clients that you cannot assist in a timely manner or reimburse us the funds we are using to solve your problem.
I expect an answer as soon as possible.
