I upgraded my contact on 18th Oct 12.The phone was reported faulty on the 31st Oct however due to the 7 day obf I did not qualify for a new phone. BBM was faulty which was only activated on the 01st Nov 12 ie when the new contact was activated so there was no way of me knowing that it was faulty. Subsequently the phone was handed in to vodacare Fourways. The phone worked well for 5 days after waiting over a month to have it repaired. I requested a contract reversal & or a new phone & which Vodacom refused to entertain, however my premiums has to be paid monthly? I have been a loyal Vodacom subscriber for over 10 years however I think the time has come for me to Port...
