Upgrade contract

I upgraded in December 2012 and the sales person Jackie Louw recommended that I choose the "Top up" package for Nokia Lumia 610 at an increased price to suite my needs.

Also, that day, we exclaimed the fact that the contract states that I would get free 100mb data per month as advertised in the december booklet because of the fact that this is a Windows OS phone and it uses a lot of data. She said not to worry and that that specific contract she is selling is perfect for me. (I HAVENT RECEIVED THIS DATA FOR 3 MONTHS NOW!)

On Saturday morning we went (after going to other branches as well) to Tygervalley branch where contract was taken out to set this matter right. We waited 15minutes and eventually the manager Megan apeared from the back to inform me of the fact that their systems is down and she cant help at the moment but will do ASAP.

She has been in contact late today (only after I phoned her this afternoon) to tell me that she is awaiting documents from head office. (didnt come back to me herself as promised)

Is it possible to receive "lost" data as I buy bundles monthly and to get feedback ASAP?
