I am having permanent trouble with these People.
I have an 8.ta contract included in my line rental, Today I went to pick up the Cell at Telkom and they said that 8.ta is off-line and that I need to wait. At 4pm I contacted the store and they picked up, I asked them if they could manage anything yet and he said they have not had time yet but he will let me know within 30min so I waited until 5pm and heard nothing. After 5pm I started calling the store and no one picks up (The stores open hours are until 18:00). It seems like a case of trying to avoid any kind of effort.
I am deeply disappointed in this service but not surprised seeing that I can name at least 8 people I know personally that has had the same or similar problems with Telkom. Frankly If there was a different service provider I would pay double to be with them because I can't take this " No care in the world" attitude any more
