BAD SERVICE AND DELIVERY - BUSINESS CLIENT

To whom this may concern,
We are a business, and have been struggeling to get a phone and adsl running for 3 weeks. We eventually managed to get a technician out! To our supprise, he had an excuse to leave, blaming a faulty line. It was round about 16h30 that afternoon, and it became cloudy, and rainy! I think he used the weather as scapegoat, since it was almost hometime! We then called in several times to find out whats happening. The job was closed, and settled! We then called in again, and was told that we will only get sorted by the 18th of March??
We are without Internet, and a phone line, and we have a running business, making it very difficult to do business! Our number is 011 692 2993
Can we please get some service! We are losing business.
