VERY frustrated

I logged a complaint re. calls being dropped and very poor internet coverage on 19 Feb. Submitted form as requsted on same day. On 26 Feb I receive obscure message claiming my line is not barred - I never claimed it was! and that I must contact the technical team re. coverage issues. This is blatent incompetence! Since then I cannot receive any calls from land lines. Called the call centre this morning again - spoke to a consultant that had no clue what he was doing and had to go and check everything with someone leaving me holding on for ever! Then he tried transferring me to Technical - cutting me off. So I phoned again asking to speak to managment. I was told to stay on the line - after listening to music for 2 x forever, I was cut-off again. Solve my problem or I sue you for contract breach by you not being able to deliver the product I bought!
