Terrible service

On Feb 5 i phoned Cellc to apply for an Iphone contract. Rendani Mabirimisa asked me to send certain documents by fax or email. I scanned and emailed them the same day. After 4 days I hadn't heard anything and tried to phone her back. I took me 5 days to get hold of her! Then she said what happened was that she could read the scanned documents, but she had to forward them to another department and they couldnt read the attachments. Shouldn't that be their problem? Anyway, she was going to try something else. Three days later she phones me it didnt work and asked me to fax the documents or send them as PDF's. The same day I emailed the PDF's. That was the 21st of Feb. Since then I have not heard anything. I phoned customer service many times, but only get the recorded message. Also emails to Rendani and customer service remain unanswered. It has been a month now and I still do not know what is going on! Terrible service!
