My internet time from me

Please explain why my Internet was cut on the 27th and 28th of February when I still had over 300Mb left plus I also had carry over from January. Due to this I was unable to do much needed transfers and respond to important e-mails. What you have done is and I do believe this needs to be reported to higher powers so that Nashua Mobile does not continue this with other clients.
