Good day, i have a huge problem with CellC, my 24mnth contract with cellc came to an end in January, without my knowledge and consent cellc upgraded my contract to a higher package that doubled my subscription from R99 to R196.i contacted the call centre and spoke to their consultant who could not help me because it was an accounts problem, she put me thru to a manager who promised to sort the problem out within 48 hours, but its gone more than 5 days now without any response from the consultant, manager and Cellc as a whole.
