On the weekend of the 9th of Feb 2013, there was an electrical storm in the Marianhill area which left the Cell C network somewhat defective. Since then I haven't been able to use my Speedstick at all. I'm losing out on 2gig data per month!!!! I've made contact with the call centre but they haven't resolved the issue nor have they contacted me with feedback as to what's going on. I think this is absolute rubbish customer service, after i am paying for a service, which i'm not receiving. it's service like this that will make me change my service provider!!!!
