I have 3 contracts - and the reception is so bad that even your call center can't hear clearly. Surely that tells you there is a problem.
Please advise WHEN this will be fixed. I have been waiting almost two months now.
Your response to my previous post is not acceptable.
I am paying for communications that are not working properly, therefore you are not supplying the services I signed up for - either fix this or cancel my contracts.
If this is not rectified i will be in contact with ICASA W/C 11 March
