9 month long nighmare

I moved to this premises nine months ago and signed up for 2048 Faster ADSL line with Telkom at R460 per month and I use MWEB as ISP whom I pay R199 per month for Uncapped 2048. The service was fine for just over one month and then started randomly disconnecting, and when it reconnects after much struggling and begging Telkom for a port reset it will come back degraded. I also speak to MWEB on a regular basis who supports me as far as they, but they are not at fault.

Nine months down the line I am told the entire area's Telkom knows about me, yet I never see the same face. Roughly seven Telkom reps have been out here over the nine month period. They rock up when they please and you are expected to be here or they leave a little note been though I have made sure on multiple occasions thought the year that my cell number is on system with Telkom.

The last Telkom gentleman calling himself Gerry came in here on last Thursday morning unannounced, had a glass of Coke and said "I don't know what to do for you", but after phoning he stated that "I will be here on Monday with Ronnie our expert" apparently the person he spoke with, today is Thursday and nothing yet.
