I applied in for a contract on THursday 21 Feb 2013 the applicationw as only captured the next day frideay the 22 Feb 2013 it being weekend it will not be finalised it was approved the monday no problem now waiting days for a supervisor to over rite a limit increase finaly after numerous calls speaking to numerous different agents as you cant get hold of the same one endless emails to the agent that helped the first day and still no call back finally after complaining the supervisor over rites the issue next issue RTT is ready with the handset or delivery yet mtn has not done the invoicing i phone again and its lucky me lunch time no one can assist except for sending an email to the sale agent now being exactly one week after applying for the contract im waiting for it to be fnalised PLEASE MTN IVE HAD CONTRACTS WITH YOU BEFORE AND HAVE NEVER EVER HAD THIS ISSUE PREVIOUSE TIMES THE LONGEST WAS 2 DAYS
PLEASE HAVE MY HANDSET DELIVERED BEFORE LUNCH TIME FRIDAY 1 MARCH 2013
