This seems to be a recurring issue with you people that you are unable to get procedure and ICD10 code right first time right. It happened when I had my twins 2 yrs ago and it took 9 months for you guys to sort that out and now it is happening again with my mothers cancer.
I got a call saying all the codes were wrong and I needed to sort it out and resubmit if I have to do your job for you it's very simple I charge for my expertise so I will charge you. If this is acceptable to yourselves please let me know and I will happily supply you with my invoice and do your work for you if not get it right and stop phoning us to do your job it's that simple
I am not paying any monies to Lancet if it has been rejected by the medical because of incorrect information supplied.
