The worst customer service ever

I was suppose to be upgraded from a business package to a smart light package. it has been 4 months this has stil not been done. i am now being charged extra costs, which i have to pay every month. they even refuse to give the obudsman numbers whom deals with them. this is the last contract ill ever have with vodacom as a service provider, no one deserves to be mistreated like this, and i intend on telling everyone i know about how vodacom takes advantage of their customers.
