I've been experiencing a technical problem with my phone since the 20/02 it doesnt have a signal it gives an error: phone not allowed mm6, I called the call centre on the same day the 20th to query this, spoke to sum consultnt who advised me to go the nearest vodacon shop. I went to randburg shop & they told me that my phone is blacklisted & there's nothing they can do about it.i called the call centre again to find out who blocked my phone, spoke to Bonginkosi who escalated the query & said i'll get feedback within 3working days. On the 23/02/2013 i got an sms from the customer care (sivuyile kofi) notifying me that the phone has been unblacklisted and i should switch it off for 24hrs which i did but am still having the same problem called the call centre on the 25/02 to find out what's happening, i got through to jonathan in cape town who didn't know what he was talking about, he's incompetent all he wanted to do was to pass the bug, he referred me to the nearest agency.i dropped the call & called again sopke to khaya who transfred me to Blackberry department, spke to marcia Skosana who said i should take my phone to a who said i should take my phonewho said i should take my phone to a repa
