RIDICULOUS SERVICE

I really have no clue why Telkom even bother to phone and get service ratings - their service is NON EXISTENT. After more than 2 weeks I am still waiting on a line transfer, after phoning them the 4th time last week after being told that that I would have a line by the end of the week by Lorraine - a customer support provider - nothing happened. I phoned on Friday and was told that I would have a technician on 25 February. Well that is today, after taking of work and spending the entire day by the phone waiting. I phoned at 12pm and was told that a technician would definitely be here but they couldn't give me a contact number, by before 4pm I was still waiting and phoned again. After speaking to Sam - another representative - I demanded to speak to a Supervisor. I was told I would be contacted in 10 minutes, this was after the techincian couldn't be contacted because his phone was switched off and I was told they will send him on Thursday which is UNACCEPTABLE. I phoned again because I haven't heard from any supervisor. It's 17h52pm and after phoning and leaving my number the second time and being told that the Supervisor is in a meeting I have heard NOTHING. This is a DISGRACE!
