TELKOM fail to resolve adsl for 7 days currently

We've been without our adsl line since the 19th February 2013. Everytime we phone the call centre they say they can see a fault and that the technician is on his way. Operating a company in the modern age without adsl is virtually impossible considering we have month end occurring currently
