Last year we reported a lengthly fault on our phone. Were promised refund - never received. Once again our phone didn't work for the last week and they never got back to us once we reported the fault and never followed up. We WANT our refund for non-service of telephone and internet services for an entire week!!! When will we be getting this? We also are still waiting for the refund from the last time we didn't have service!!! I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED!
