My wife and I have an account (2 lines) with Nashua, but it is in her name. We've sumbitted documents requesting that I have access to the account (as I pay the bill), but they've still not been submitted. I've spoken to the consultant twice since submitting the documents and his response was, "I'll have to look for them."
I could land up with a bill issue at the end of the month (if this is the case I will fight) because the customer care consultants in JHB refuse to help me because I call in and my wife is not speaking to them.
I used to work for and uphold the Nashua name, but now I couldn't care less. Nashua Mobile is a bad joke.
I want this resolved as soon as possible. Why must I submit these documents again when their consultants can't even do their admin correctly.
