CellC does not comply to the cotract between myself and them. As agreed I have to get "x" amount of discount on the monthly cost, but I receive an amount well short of that. Various phone call's and e-mails to custserv @ cellc helped me nothing.( the people @ 084140 bluntly resuse to connect me to the department working with the contracts) It's now 13 months since the contract started and they owe me more than R 900.00 in discount. Blanche Opperman at cellc responded last week and then dis appear again. She is well aware off all the correspondence from my side to CellC
