I continually have a problem with my 8ta broadband connection, before the end of the month I would get a message that "my bundle is depleted". So I decided to check the bandwidth with software on my computer and noticed that I had only used a 3rd of my bundle when 8ta sent me this message.
I sent a complaint online to 8ta and emailed Solomon (I have dealt with him before at Menlyn offices). I sent the message on 18/02/2013 and have still had no response. I am in and out of the country for business, so I am not always available on my mobile.
