I did not wanto do this Vodacom, but you left me with no other choice. I have been emailing your Customer service as well as calling them for the past 4 - 5 months asking for two SMALL things:
1) To please STOP sending my statements via SMS but to rather email them to me on the given email address on record. THIS HAS GONE IGNORED as once again last night I received my statement via sms.
2) I have been trying to request itimised billing via both the call centre as well your website. However the website is not allowing me to choose that option, and as for the call center, my request fell on deaf ears - AGAIN.
Can we try and get this right guys???
