Was at telkom direct store in vanderbijlpark in the vaal mall, i tell lydia that the service is pathetic and what does she respond? i qoute "like you" she tells me i am pathetic? when i wanted to record her she just denies it, every person working in that store confirmed that they heard her said to me that i am pathetic. You must better do something about this, this isn't service, it is a joke to your company name!!!
