Shocking experience

I have had an account with M-Web for the past 9 years or so. I got divorced 7 years ago and have had a restraining order against my ex husband for the last 5 years. He phoned the call center and they gave him my residential details, cell phone numbers and all my personal details. When I found out, I phoned them and they assured me that my details are confidential but they can see by their records that information was given to him. They said that no information will be given to him in the future. I then cancelled my services. In the beginning of this year he phoned me again and told me that he has just spoken to M-Web and I need to pay my account.
Once again my information was given out and now I have an account of over R1200 to pay for services I cancelled. Not only do they bill me for services I don't have but how do I do business with a company that has no confidentiality when it comes to their clients. NB: All accounts was end to his address.
