POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISGUISTED

On the 16th of Jan 2013, i recieved an sms from a lady named Siphokazi Madika offering me an iPhone 5. I was pleased by the deal. decided to contacted her back. signed the contract and she told me i should get the phone within seven working days. a week passed still no response, so i decided to contact her back, told me she never got a chance to call me back as she was busy. i was not happy, as i was not updated about the phone.

On the 1st Feb 2013, i sent Siphozaki an email to cancel the contract as i was not pleased about the service i received from her. She only responded to my email on the 12th say: im currently busy with the termination of the contract.

on the 4th Feb 2013, i received my monthly statement as i have an existing contract with Nashua. My monthly instalment is R344. only to found out the Iphone instalment and subscription was included, now my account will be debited by R984.19.

Once again last week called Nashua to check if the contract was cancelled, it wasn't.

i' m no sure whats happening because noone has updated me. my account better not be debited by R984.19 tomorrow, because we are going to have a problem.

i hope this will be resolved soon
