I thought that Afrihost having been voted "ISP of the year" and having links to FNB, that your service would be great.
But after the last week I have no idea how you won that award. Was it bought?
You made every "policy" excuse you could. You did not call back. I am still waiting for your "Manager" to call me from tuesday. And the end result is my emails were offline since Wednesday. Even a message on the CEO's secretaries line was ignored.
Thanks Afrihost. You did me a huge dis-service and you attitude needs work. I will be moving everything to gridhost and cancelling with you soon. I probably will even cancel my ADSL service with you as well.
