No happy Valentines

Hi,

Please can you update me as to what is happening regarding my request. I called the call centre yesterday to advise my Valentines Voucher is not working. Warren said he will look into this as there are more people complaining and get back to me. Still I have not received any feedback or update. I cannot everyday sit in your call queues for 20 minutes to get answers.
