About 20% Discount on Monthly Premium

Telkom Promised me a Discount instead of me cancelling the closer 2 package in december last year. Then they still end up billing me the same old amount. I contact them, and for 20 mins on the phone they can't tell me what went wrong. Not sure if they understand english. The service is pathetic. I cancelled the service now.
