We currently have 4 Cellphone contracts with nashua east rand for our business and by mistake the wrong debit order was returned by our bookkeeper at the bank. Nashua without warning cut all celphones and I mean
cut like in completely without getting any calls or messages. As I use my phone for making once off payments as well as paying creditors I rely on my one time pin send by my bank. This could not happen as my phone were blocked completely. I can understand if this was a continious trend from our company but this was the first time. I think this is very bad and are looking to convert to another service provide
