I called in on the 29th December to order an iphone 5, I was informed it would take 7 working days to get to me. I was called a few days later to confirm the order to find out the original person I had spoken to had messed up and ordered me an iphone 4S, I corrected the order. A few days thereafter I called in to advise I had changed my mind and wanted a samsung instead. I was advised this wouldnt be a problem yet today the courier called me to advise they are ready to deliver my iphone. This is seriously amateur hour, a total waste of my time and the worst customer service I have ever experienced
