Not willing to go the extra mile

Smartcall technology was deducting my airtime & Cell C just said they cant do anything about. I even heard them talking & giggling in the background but i could not understand the language they spoke. I expect better service delivery esp. when I've ported to cell c. They should prove they're worth staying with.
