EXCESSIVE BILL ON DATA

From the 21st December to the 28th December 2013 my family and I went on a cruise to Madagascar. I did not apply for any roaming and I had no access to my phone for this specific reason. However, when we got back I could still not access my phone and after going to Nashua Mobile where my account is I was informed that I had used data on the 28th December to the value of /-R17500 (how crazy) this after me having had my accounts at Nashua Mobile for over 5 or 6 years with my bills never exceeding R2000. After asking for an invitigation on this I was told that the service provider MTN says the billing is correct and I am lialbe to pay the outstanding amount on my account which is /-R21500.00 or my will be suspended. Needless to say my account is now suspended and my kids who's lines are linked to this account is also stop. Please can someone out there help me as this situation is crazy and I do not have that type of money to spend on DATA...
