Not sorting out

My mother has been debited by MTN from December, R850
She went to the branch in corner of Gardner and west street in Durban January the 5th and they said they will sort it out because there is someone who opened an MTN account using her ID number and this person has her account number as well, but incorrect address.
She was double debited again in January, after she reversed the R850 in the bank, and again she went to the branch and they said they will "sort it out", she called a number that was suppose to be for complains and they said they will call JHB head office and ask them to call her, and we are still waiting because chances are, she will be triple debited this month.

Can someone sort this mess up! MTN is quick to black list people, and this will lead to that. She does not have an account with MTN so why does an elderly lady have to keep going up and down trying to sort this mess up?! Sort it OUT! 1 person need to be assigned to this and do a follow up. is this how you run your business? you are advised of and don't give a hoot???
