In October I logged a call to get my Data reports. 3 call reference numbers and 4 months later still nothing from MTN. My data bundles has suddenly been disappearing. I have had the contract for 12 months, since October there is not enough data, while previously I was carrying it over.
So they have changed something as I am not doing anything different.
Hopefully they value my 10 years service/contract with them to give me some feedback.
