No feedback = bad service!!!

Disappointed!!! About 2 weeks ago I had a very shocking phone call about me being a Blackberry user and I am used to the BIS service, but I am aware that this is not avail. anymore and also having problems after a year with my Blackberry, I'm moving away from Blackberry, but then I need someone to look at a better deal for me as you guys only over a standard 200mg on most options, which will not be enough (most people I know must buy extra data every month). Stating a fact! The consultant told me he can guarantee me that their data is much better than any other service provider and he can promise me it will never run out! I then told him not to take me for a fool because I know for a fact that's not enough! He then told me that he was in no position to be able to give me a better deal (as I told him about Cell C offering a 1Gig data deal for more or less the same price than your standard 200mg!). He then told me again, I will never use more than 200mg, but he will go to someone who can assist me and phone me back with a good deal. Needless to say, I have not yet received any phone calls! Please guys, this is very bad service from you!! Phone me please!!
