Our company bought 4 adsl internet modems on MTN contract trough M-web for emergency use if our adsl is not working.
When we needed this wireless internet to work after 8 months we saw it was not working but have paid and are still paying every month. After numerous emails and phone calls with M-web this is still a problem, we received new sim-cards and this is also not working.
We have done everything on our side and feel no more can be done but to advise people not to do business with M-web.
