Appallingly poor reception

I have had my contract phone for several months and reception is so poor that friends have stopped calling me on my cell phone and I cannot use it when I need to. My son who PAYS for the contract has filled in a form and so have I but after lots of promises ABSOLUTELY NOTHING has been done. CellC have their money every month so they don`t care! Advice to others - don`t touch Cell C
