WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE?

I have been trying to get a mail through to you guys for the whole day to cancel a contract. Is your server not working or is your service just this pathetic? I am not in the country at the moment, so mails is the only way I am able to communicate!!! CAN SOMEONE THAT KNOWS THEIR JOB PLEASE GET BACK TO ME BY MAIL?!?!?!?!?!?

I NEED A RESPONSE ASAP!!!
