Pathetic, only of the many word that comes to mind. Downgraded my line from 4Mb to 2Mb uncapped premium, and MWeb have the audaciy to use the previous 4Mb utilisation as a calculation towards the "30 day rolling cap" for the 2Mb. I'll certainly be contacting my bank and cancelling the debit order, followed by a word or two dropped to the Consumer council. Lets see how they feel about this lack of service.
I am sure the public media would like hear about this.
