It is almost 2 weeks that we are without ADSL at home and ever time I call to make a follow up, after waiting for a very long time (if I am lucky not to have my call cut), I get to be told that the matter is with the technician but they cant tell when they will attend to the problem, I think this is the worst company in all aspects, no wonder it is always in the mess.
how can a simple thing like this take so long to be sorted? imagine if I was running a business from home, I would have lost out on half a month' income
