Billed for no reason

I had a contract with Telkom for a landline. I cancelled it on the 27th of July 2013. I was told I need to serve a months notice, which I agreed too. On the 25th of August I was billed for the notice. On the 25th of September I was bulled again. I called Telkom and told them what happened. I was reassured that I was NEVER going to be billed again. This morning I was billed again. I'm a student. I don't have the time for a stupid company like Telkom. I've wasted a lot of airtime and time on them.
