We've been calling the Telkom "Faults Line Service" and have also lodged an online complaint ref 1470CRK021213 to no avail there is absolutely no response for over 3 days concerning our Land Line that is not working. NOBODY even bothers to contact us concerning our complaint lodge. No technical support seems available only a voice line service (Thanks for nothing Telkom). This is unacceptable there's absolutely no customer service or after care service available for their clients. I am now calling their 10210 line to cancel service and move to their competitor Neo Tel. Thanks to Telkom's Incompetent don't care service...
