I just received my monthly billing from Vodacom and found a extra 3 and a half pages of vlive billing.
I called Vodacom and one of the consultants told me I now have to go onto Vodalive site and unsubscibe to something I never subscribed to in the first place. How dissappointing for us old Vodacom subscribers, even worse when you have been one of the very first people to have a vodacom account, you can tell this by looking at any number that starts with 08244. All these years of dedication to Vodacom and what have we ever received in return. I promise this is my last contract I will ever have with Vodacom, how dissappointing.
