Poor slow service

I have had the worse experiance with Cell C ever. I bought a phone on contract in November 2013 the charging port has stopped working the stor manager told me that my phone will have to go in for repairs for 21working days when I asked for a replacement phone I was told I would not get one because customers do not return them. I was told this after having to wait an hour just to speak to a consultant. When one of them finally assisted me he took my phone to check if it was infact really not charging and went to the back office for 30mins and I was told he was busy on a call. I have e-mailed their customer care I'm yet to receive a call or anything to inform me about the resolution of this matter. I regret the day I took a contract with them I have never been so frustrated. I will never recommend them to anyone.
